We are excited to announce that our very own, Ashley K, will help us relax, replenish and recover.
The class is open to everyone - the public and gym members!
It is great for all ability levels and will go through each pose so you can learn as we go! Every pose has a modification and can be adjusted to fit your practice. We will incorporate mindful awareness practices, gentle asana sequences, and breath based suns salutations.
Yoga is also a great compliment to CrossFit as it aids in recovery, balance, and mobility.

$10 for non-members
Payment will be collected before class (Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card)
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one.
