WOMEN'S ONLY BOOTCAMP
A bootcamp class that uses various cardio exercises and weight training to build strength and cardio fitness.
It can also strengthen the body, improve flexibility, improve balance and result in better stability.

Classes are Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can pay for unlimited access per month or buy a punchcard.
