​My goal is to help other individuals find their unique journey through health and
fitness! I personally love CrossFit for the amazing community and the
growth it has provided for both my physical and mental health. I'm a strong advocate for
mental health and believe fitness provides a direct correlation to a healthier body and mind.
My other passion is long distance running! If you have any running related questions
or want to chat about running please reach out.

​I hope to help others find their true highest potential through coaching, teaching proper technique, while providing a fun environment. Fitness is relative to each of us. Each person shall create their own path. I’m excited to help those people through their fitness journey. Remember, strong people are hard to kill!
Amber Dach
Amber found CrossFit on deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. She fell in love with it as a tool to challenge her mental and physical fitness. She has her CF-L1 and USA Weight Lifting Level 1 Coaching Certification. She has college level sports and conditioning coursework - to include nutrition for athletes. She continues professional development courses focusing on working with children and masters athletes.
Jake Ross
Jake is a CF-L1 with an extreme passion for coaching. His experience coaching youth football and wrestling shines through as he provides expertise in technique and keeps the whole room motivated!
