Foundations Program - $600

A complete 12 week program that begins with extensive testing to develop a personalized fitness and nutrition plan.  This includes 3 months of CrossFit and nutrition coaching, two In Body body composition assessments, 2 VO2 (basal metabolic rate) scans and 1 movement assessment.

In Body Body Composition Scan - $30

Body composition analysis is a method of assessing the different components of your body, such as fat mass, muscle mass, and body water. It provides a more detailed picture of your health than just your overall weight.

VO2 Master - Resting Metabolic Rate - $80 for first scan, $40 for subsequent

VO2 Master - Vo2 Max - $100 for first scan, $80 for subsequent

A VO2 Master VO2 max test assesses an individual's maximal oxygen uptake during exercise, providing insights into aerobic fitness and training optimization.

Movement Assessment

A systematic evaluation of how someone moves, analyzing posture, joint mobility, muscle activation, and coordination to identify potential movement dysfunctions or imbalances that could lead to pain or injury.

BioMarker Blood Test - $199

Markers include: CRP, APO-B, CBC w/differential, Ferritin, Vitamin B12 + Folate, Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy, Hemoglobin a1c, Insulin, Complete Metabolic Panel, Uric Acid, Estradiol, DHEA-sulfate, SHBG Serum, Lipid Panel, Lipoprotein (a), TSH Rfx on abnormal to free T4, Homocystein, Cortisol, FSH & LH, Testosterone- Free & Total
